I have the same problem. I have tried logging into my account, pressing "Payments", then pressing "Manage Subscription", then pressing "Manage Payment Method", then filling in the new information for the credit card (basically updating the expiry date and security code -- aka CVV), then pressing "Save Payment Information".

This results in the following feedback:

Oops! We encountered an error processing your request.

So, I then pressed "Help", and had a dialogue with a chatbot that went nowhere. It did suggest I reach out to some customer representative, via sending a private message. So, I sent a private message detailing my issue. I did get a response, asking for further information. So, I responded to this with further information. However, I have yet to hear back from them, and the card information is still not updated.

This is an extremely involved process for something that really should be quite simple. Totally frustrating.

I'm curious if you've had luck updating your credit card information since you've posted this. I'm curious because I'm in the same boat. I also need to do this, but the site has not accepted my attempts to do so yet. I did contact Customer Service about it, but so far they've been unable to help (and I did follow all their pointers, yet the site failed to accept the updated information).
