@Karenbelcourt

Buy Public Mobile Payment Vouchers. Be careful to not get Telus or Koodo prepaid cards, they won't work on a Public Mobile account and they're never refundable.

If you don't have enough available funds in your account when your plan expires then it will not renew - it will stay "expired" - until enough payment is made. At Public Mobile, you won't be charged any fees or penalties for letting your account become inactive or for getting it active again. Although you won't have active phone service (talk, text, or data) and you won't receive any Rewards during the days that your plan is suspended. (Accounts will remain suspended for 90 days before they're terminated. Some people around here deliberately allow their accounts to lapse to save a little money while going on vacation/etc.)

An account which has already been suspended ("expired") should automatically reactivate itself within minutes of payment being processed. If it doesn't automatically reactivate (for whatever reason, it just happens sometimes) then you can login Self-Serve and click the "Reactivate Plan" button.

If you "overpay" too many funds into your account (you buy $40 vouchers for a $35 plan or whatever) then the leftover will just get used next time around. You can, in fact, collect AutoPay rewards while always paying (ahead of time) with Payment Vouchers, without ever having any charges actually made to a credit card.

Are you able to login to all of your account information? Do you know if the bank did chargebacks of payments from here?
Buy a voucher from lots of stores and online and dial 611 to enter it.
Use the RTR method at one online location that puts the money straight into the account.
Use the real time payments method in a few stores like above.
