I keep getting error messages. Is there anyone there who can activate the sim card at your end so I can subscribe?

@deyanne Are you using the website or the Public Mobile app? You need to use the app for activation (you don't need to keep using it after that though)

The app is free...and required to finish the sign up.

If you have an Android or iOS phone, the same place you find apps for them. If you don't have those operating systems then you will need to use one that does and get the app on that phone.

All you need to download the app on your phone.

If you have an iPhone, go to the Apple App Store to download.

If you have an Android phone, go to Google Play Store to download.
