(I am not positive where the setting is on a different phone to turn it on, possibly ‘Turn on your eSIM under Mobile Network’), reboot your phone. (You may need to reset network settings then reboot)&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Don't touch the esim just yet!&lt;BR /&gt;Had you intended to bring your old number over? Did you reply to a confirmation text on the old sim?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Adding - did you set the esim to be the active service?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Did you transfer your number from old provider?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Did you activate your account? You need PM app for a final step of activation.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
