I lost my sim card in china. How can I replace the new sim card with same phone number in Canada?

@Crystal128 Buy a new sim card either online or at a Telus/Koodo store. Go into your account and under your profile click the pencil to the right of your sim card number. Everything stays the same, number, rewards etc.

@Crystal128 , if it is not convenient to go to a physical store to buy a SIM card, Public Mobile is selling SIM cards via Amazon for $4.99.

You have to buy new SIM and transfer number from old to new SIM through My Account. You will keep existing number.
