The only possible difference is you might have VoLTE with Bell but A13 is not on the VoLTE compatible list with PM.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So, please try what suggested above and let is know the results&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
