Communication is extremely poor. If you just ordered the SIM card today, it could take up to 3-4 weeks before you get it. I would strongly advise you do one of two options to start using your account faster.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1. Call your local Telus stores and see if they happen to have a PM SIM card. Costs $10&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2. If you have Amazon or know someone who does for fast shipping,&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://www.amazon.ca/Public-prepaid-postpaid-Activate-Allinone/dp/B06X9ZGDWG/ref=sr_1_1?crid=1OO9WRRTXQ2LU&amp;amp;keywords=public+mobile&amp;amp;qid=1698006801&amp;amp;sprefix=public+mobile%2Caps%2C156&amp;amp;sr=8-1" target="_self"&gt;AMAZON&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Then register THAT card, and once you're set up, reach out to a CS Agent and ask to compensated for whatever the cost was that you ordered through them.       <title>Cc payment no confirmation (error code)</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I paid for a sim to be sent and the $45 dollar plan I paid via cc which I was charged for, but I never got a confirmation or email with info of arrival date.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;HI&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/339349"&gt;@Ewrench07&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;it could be quick like around 5 days, or sometimes, it could be longer, much longer&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So, I suggest you submit a ticket with agent and ask:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;If same, please submit a ticket with CS Agent here:&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;A href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if you want to get it quicker, get one from Telus or Koodo store or Amazon and ask agent to reimburse the cost&lt;/P&gt;</description>
