Hi All,

Recently my PayPal was hacked. Luckily the bank got my money back and I cancelled PayPal. However, the person who did that somehow was able to get verification texts. I now seem to be unable to get verification txts to my phone and fear this hacker may be getting them. I have double checked that my SIM on my account here matches the one in the phone. I have deleted all trusted devices on public mobile. I have changed my password with eversafe id. Any more advice on what to do?!!! Many thanks!!!

@admin

that's too bad this new eversafe login prevents a customer from changing their own profile details. the best defense against 2fa manipulation would be to have a different name tied to the cellphone account. ie. Tim Mchortons. manual preventative measures are the best defense against identity theft.
