      <description>&lt;P&gt;i recently moved to public from fido.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Im not receiving any 2FA/MFA text codes when i try to login to something.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I need to access my email to pick up an important order&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How do I fix this...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/22437"&gt;@CS_Agent&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

We are not public mobile representatives here on the forum. We are customers like you trying to help one another. Did you mean to private message CS_AGent instead?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What do you mean you need to access your email? Are you not able to get into your email from your phone or desktop?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Short codes can take a bit of time to work when activating a new line with a provider. Hopefully it will work soon.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;For example,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;when i login to outlook, it required me to receive a code via text and then verify to login.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;i dont get the text messeges sent from outlook. The only other option is call to my phone, but that doesnt work either.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;Sending regular texts, phone calls, data all work fine.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;i dont have issues with PM since i can get the code via email.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;its an issue when i try to login other id's such as my outlook email&lt;/P&gt;</description>
