won't let me send texts or make calls, it shows there is a network connetion, but doesn't seem like there is.

today is also my susbscription renewal day, but it all seems okay (paid etc)

restarted it a few times and it seems to be working, old phone but seemed like a funny coincidence it stopped working on subscription renewal day 🙂

yes, weird thing could happen on renewal

Usually a reboot could fix it. And important thing is to confirm if P successfully took the money

the lesson is...as long as you have a valid payment card set to Autopay...don't touch your phone on renewal night if you don't have to.
