Can I buy a SIM card from a local sell point ?
Since the IMEI has changed, how to make sure I keep my phone number ?

@Ludovic1 , to replace the SIM card with a new one, simply login to your online account, go to the profile tab and edit the SIM card number with the new number. The IMEI does not really play a role in things as you can use any phone you want at any time. Please do the SIM card update using incognito mode on your browser to ensure data caching does not mess things up.

@Ludovic1 Buy a new Sim card either online or in person at a Telus/Koodoo store. Go into your account, under Profile you will see My Phone Number. Click the pencil icon to the right of Sim Card number. Enter the new sim and you are good to go with the same number and account.
