      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/337920"&gt;@Purcey&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;it depends what you mean by an account credit.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you feel you have overpaid, and you wish to be refunded, contact the customer support agents and explain the situation which you believe warrants that&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you wish to pay in advance to cover a future renewal or add-on purchase, you can add funds to the account by a registered card attached on file or by buying payment vouchers available at many retail outlets.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Doing this will result in a credit balance on your account, in the available funds field, which is like banking funds for future use. Keep in mind that while this is one way to ensure you have the necessary funds, if you decide to leave this service, those funds are nonrefundable.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
