      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello! I'm from Hamilton ON and me and my moms phones are both saying line busy we can't call out or receive calls. We cant even call voicemail. I did receive a public mobile account verification text though. I've rebooted phone, i've reinstalled sim and I even disabled account on public site and then turned it back on.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks for any help!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
