If you can, click it and make sure that it’s used as the primary SIM and that it is enabled (option is called Turn on this line on iPhone) once it’s enabled reboot your device.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If it’s not on your device you can try to manually add the eSIM using the QR found in the welcome email.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Did you select the esim to be your active sim to use? Does your phone also have a card slot and is there a card in it?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
