    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;As title says, stuck in SOS mode this morning.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Bill paid, minutes available. Toggled airplane mode on/off. Restarted five times. Both manually and automatically selected carrier. Drove to different spots to see if it was where I was. Reset phone network settings. Both my sons who have Public are able to make and receive calls but I can’t.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Tried chatbot, links won’t work and I have no clue who to send a message to to get assistance.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
