If your account isn’t fully setup you might not see the option to receive the code via email.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you’ve started the signup process through the website you will have to continue it using the app.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you’ve been using the app, what step did you make it to?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
