      <description>&lt;P&gt;Try a restart of the phone. Use another phone and dial 1-855-4pu-blic and enter the number and see what it says. It will be one of 3 recordings - renewal date and balance, asking for money, invalid. Let us know.&lt;BR /&gt;And maybe also check devicecheck.ca to rule that out.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;You can also check the app to see if payment was actually made. Also... check your online banking to see if payment went through to confirm. It will show under the pending status. If it's not there... payment didn't work.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
