I took my sim card out of my dying phone. I have a public mobile account and cell #. Put it in another phone that I had my previous provider unlock(it has bars of service) but I still have no network connection. Ideas?

Denise

Hi @scoutisland

To start, make sure the SIM card is properly cradled in the holder. Sometimes people put it in upside down. Then. Reboot the phone. If you still don't get anything, you can reset network settings. Just know this will erase all saved WiFi located passwords and you will require to enter them again. If you have an iPhone, go into settings, network and uncheck automatic and pick Public Mobile. Then reboot. Let us know if things works
