      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am transferring number by esim, and the number is half way works.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;It can call text, but it is not receiving any of text or call, and stuck that step of verification for full access accouount.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;And there is no option to verify with email.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Not being able to receive texts and calls but being able to send them is a sign of a stuck port.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Your old carrier account must be activate to port over. If you cancelled your account then there is no active number to port over.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You need to do this to complete the porting of your old number.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
