Every new activation needs to be done using the app and then you can manage your account from either the desktop site or the app afterwards.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you are using the app what specific issue are you running into?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
