I purchased a subscription plan thats attached to my email but I can't get the sim to work with it. Please help.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

You can try on another phone and see if it connects to PM network.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If it does and just not connecting, try click Reset All Networks&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I don't but I set up the subscription under that email. I believe I may have accidentally set it up for eSim vs. a sim card.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
