loging loop

Hi, I can logging to my account, but by mistake I click to add a sim card and now I'm stuck in a loop to complete, but I'm already a customer. I want to know how to get my selfeserve page back.

If I click go to login, I'm going back to the logging page and the same user/pass I used 2 min ago doesn't work anymore.

I really don't know how to go back

@Me23 , if you are using a browser, use incognito mode to clear the cache information. If you are using the app, delete so cache and force close, reopen app. Hopefully that will allow you to login.
