Did you recently transferred your number to PM?

For ticket go to chatbot and type 'ticket'. Follow prompts... If ticketing does not work chatbot will let you know how to send a note to agent.

if you have minutes left or plan above $15, try reboot your phone and try to call with a 1 in front of the 10 digits
