@Duke211 sorry, PM is prepaid and they do not provide partial refund for unused days. So, if you are porting out, port it closer to the end of your cycle to reduce the loss

hi @Duke211 no refund

but you cannot really cancel mid way of a cycle. You can remove autopay so it cannot renew
