      <description>&lt;P&gt;I always kept my SIM card (from previous provider) during the activation process. I still have it on my phone. I can receive calls but not make calls.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

So if you can receive calls but not make them, it sounds like the port didn't go through.&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/39908"&gt;@hairbag1&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;will send you the porting number so this can get resolved for you.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
