If so just contact customer service as outlined below.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/337683"&gt;@Ron112&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;If you ported your number to another provider, your account is automatically closed. No refunds for part month not used as PM is a pre paid service.
