US roaming plan

Hi,

I currently have the $35 3GB plan with a bonus 12 GB for 12 months. I wanted to add the $30 US Roaming Add-On plan of talk, text and data.

On the conditions it says

The change will take effect immediately. Please note that we cannot offer a refund or credit for any unused portion of the subscription, and your current promotions will no longer be valid

Does this mean I'll lose my 12 GB promotion if I add the US Roaming Add-On?

Are you seeing the roaming add-on in your "cart"? As long as that isn't a plan change and just buying add-ons then all the services will stay intact.

Thanks for your reply! Yes, the add-on is in my cart. Although underneath the cart, there is the disclaimer stating "your current promotions will no longer be valid"

That's an endnote (footnote) reference for plan changes. There's no superscript 1 reference in buying add-ons.

@Mountains_10 Side note, but if you're paying $35 for 15GB (3GB after 12 month promo lapses) of 3G data speed, you might want to consider the $39/20GB 4G plan; and if you're willing to pay for 90 days up front, you can get the plan for $34/30 days. You'll get more data, but more importantly it will be much faster data (100Mbps vs 3Mbps).
