Once you have a new one in hand you can go to the profile tab, scroll down the “my number” section and then hit the pencil icon beside your current SIM number to enter in the number associated with your new one.

This link will also take you to where you can enter in the new SIM card number once you have it:

https://myaccount.publicmobile.ca/en/account/profile/change-sim-number

If you don’t have it yet you can list your SIM as lost or stolen by going to the profile tab, scrolling all the way down and you’ll see the option to report lost or stolen. Then you can change the SIM when you have the new one and resume service.
