Purchase a physical SIM and have it in hand.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2. Login to the self serve account on a desktop PC and go to the profile tab.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;3. Scroll down to the “My number” section and you will see your current SIM card number with a pencil beside it, click the pencil and enter in the number found on the SIM card packaging.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;4. Put the SIM card in your device and reboot.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This link will also take you right there:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&lt;A href="https://myaccount.publicmobile.ca/en/account/profile/change-sim-number" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;https://myaccount.publicmobile.ca/en/account/profile/change-sim-number&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please do this process on a computer as the mobile app seems to have an issue with changing the SIM card number.
