Is this referring to the 40GB for $40 on a 90 day plan promo?

If you get this plan you will pay for the 90 days up front and you will get all of the data for the 90 days up front. So for this $40/month on a 90 day plan you would pay $120 + taxes and get 120GB of data to use over the 90 days.
