      <description>&lt;P&gt;I switched to a new plan today and now everything is working but I can't call out? Says I'm not connected? Also incoming calls all say Private caller now? I tried restarting phone but still no luck.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/337020"&gt;@BigE1972&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Toggle airplane mode on, then off.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You could also try a network reset of phone. This would erase any saved Wifi password settings.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If still not working, you will need to contact customer service agent. Either via ticketing or private messaging.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
