    <description>&lt;P&gt;I attempted to port my number from Shaw. The esim seemed to load on my phone but I received a text saying there was trouble porting number someone would reach out no on did. Shaw told me Rogers had already requested a port ( due to the merger) . I got Rogers to cancel the request, Shaw said have PM send new request. &amp;nbsp;PM system won’t let me report or send a service ticket. What do I do? Is there any customer support to speak to at PM?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
