Ok so i just activated my new account, but for some reason my $25 voucher i recieved from sim swap wasn't added. Can anyone help?

anyone help I bought new sim card my phone was lost put card into new phone existing account rep said look for sim swap but cant find

Please go into the Public Mobile app. The option is under Account and Change Your SIM Card.
