Hello, how can I stop autopay for the upcoming cycle october 31... chatbot solution didn't work. how can I contact a customer service agent. thankt you

PM is an online self serve service so you need to login to your account and disable AutoPay/Subscribe in the Payment section.

Hi @NT31

Log into your account online and once in, on your left hand side click on the Payments tab.

Then on the right side, click on Manage Subscription.

Then move the toggle to the left.

You are now no longer subscribed.

Thank you so much. I have a lot of billing errors and couldn't contact Public support ... so I unsubscribed and will re-subscribe a day before the end of subscription. Have a wonderful day
