      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/336635"&gt;@Clarence-63&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You can contact customer service agent as directly earlier.&amp;nbsp; However, in general, there are no refunds.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you decide to stay with Public mobile, you can purchase physical SIM card and submit receipt for reimbursement of the cost of the SIM card (usually $10).&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
