I have been over charged quite a few times now , its always by 1 dollar, why is this happening , thanks

how much overcharged? remember PM will need to add tax to any transaction, so it would not be overcharged. If you have a plan $25 , it will show you woe $25 on My Accoun,t but PM will charges $25 + tax on your credit card

So, confirm your credit card if the overcharged was just tax,. if not, please submit a ticket with CS Agent here and they will sort it out

Are you on the legacy rewards program or new points system?

If legacy rewards, if you have friend rewards, maybe one of your friend left or are temporarily suspended.

Your plan cost + taxes is your total cost.

Maybe screenshot your payment history page. That might offer more inforamtion
