esim transfer to another phone

It is SOOOOO hard to communicate with Publicmobile!!!!! I am trying to submit a ticket, asking to transfer my esim to my new cell phone. My old phone still works, but the color has turned green. I have a new compatible phone, and wish to move the esim to it and disable the old phone. I have automatic billing, but when I try to send a ticket, I am refused, saying my account is not paid up. There is absolutely nothing wrong with my credit or my setup. My account is impeccable! What in the world is wrong with this company!!!!! How can communication be such a problem for a company that deals in communication???😟

For eSIM with new phone, you have to re-buy a new one for $5.
Yes, while eSIM is "cool", there are disadvantages as well. For eSIM, if you have a new phone, or if you ever wipe your phone, you will have to re-buy a new eSIM again. There is no such problem with Physical sim card.

To rebuy new eSIM, First, download the app on your new phone, click ⊕ or ⧁ at the bottom left to bring up the menu and go to Subscription & Add-on page, scroll down to the bottom and click Shop SIM Card Now. You can buy and install eSIM from there

no eSIM transfer, you will need to buy a new one and pay $5 again

Download the app on the new phone and buy from Subscription & Addon page

Thanks! It was $10, but I have done that. Now, my credit card has a renewed expiry date, but Publicmobile won't let me change the date on my account. I tried 3 times, entering the card information correctly each time, but It doesn't accept the change.

I got eSim, works fine. Now bought new phone. Installed PM app on new phone but Subscription and Add-Ons does not show buy eSim option. What am I missing?
