      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am locked out because of password; too many attempts. Cannot sign in. At all.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Locked out for 2 weeks, not one hour.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Used Incognito, tried on App and on-line. Both ways, blocked.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;PM's solution is "Sign in to get help". I cannot sign it; that's the problem!!!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please suggest a viable fix, to avoid this loop.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks, Terry.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I started the Eversafe process, and somehow (I don't know how) it triggered an unlocking of my account.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Payment was never an issue; it's automatic.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Though, my profile does say "Not registered, expires later in Oct".&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Since I have been a customer on AutoPay for 3 years, I'm ignoring that.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks for the suggestions.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
