@CS_Agent Hi, wondering if I can transfer my current number from a physical sim to an eSIM? I would like to keep my current number instead of getting a new number with an eSIM. Thanks.

First, is the phone esim compatible? If so then yes, use the app, buy the esim and it will install into your phone.

Yes, it is eSIM compatible but I want to transfer my existing number onto the eSIM instead of getting a new one.

You buy the esim as though it's a sim card. It will install and kill the old sim card you have and run your account from there.

Yes, it's just like buying a sim card and logging in to the account and changing the sim card of the account.
