Depending on the cell tower location near you. One might be better than the other one.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/336510"&gt;@Katbedn077&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;when, precisely, did you make the add-on purchase?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The add-on expires 15 days after &lt;STRONG&gt;purchase&lt;/STRONG&gt;, not 15 days after entering the US.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I say this only because some other folks have purchased it a week or more prior to their departure, thinking it only came into effect once they enter the US.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If it was less than 15 days ago, and you still cannot get it to function, can you try manually selecting AT&amp;amp;T and or T-Mobile?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;And also make sure your roaming is turned on.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
