      <description>&lt;P&gt;When I try to send a photo in text or sometimes just a text I get the message “mms &amp;nbsp;messaging needs to be enabled to send this messsge” but my mms messaging is turned on.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;DATA has to be enabled in order to send/receive MMS but sending/receiving MMS will NOT use your data allowance.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Same with Send as SMS and enable.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
