    <description>&lt;P&gt;Unfortunately if you were storing your contacts on the SIM, as&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4837"&gt;@imm1304﻿&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;has said, they are gone. &amp;nbsp;Hopefully you were also syncing your contacts to Gmail or an iCloud account (depending on your platform of choice).&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hey&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/13840"&gt;@Nishka﻿&lt;/a&gt;,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Order a replacement sim card asap: &amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://store.publicmobile.ca/" target="_blank"&gt;https://store.publicmobile.ca/&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Once you get the sim card, sign into your selfserve account:&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/" target="_blank"&gt;https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Click on "Plans &amp;amp; Add-ons" and then click on "Change sim card" and enter the new sim card's serial number. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This will transfer your account tot he new sim card. &amp;nbsp;If you had any contacts saved on your lost sim card, those are gone. &amp;nbsp;But, almost all phones these days have some sort of contacts backup option. &amp;nbsp;Which phone were you using? &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
