It's a new unlocked Umidigi G3Max phone and here are the APN settings:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;name: sp.mb.com&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;MMSC: &lt;A href="http://aliasredirect.net/proxy/mc/mmsc" target="_blank"&gt;http://aliasredirect.net/proxy/mc/mmsc&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;MMS proxy:&amp;nbsp; mmscproxy.mobility.ca&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;MMS port:&amp;nbsp; 8799&amp;nbsp; MCC: 302&amp;nbsp; MNC:&amp;nbsp; 220&amp;nbsp; APN type: default, mms,supl,fota,hiprl,dun&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;APN protocol:&amp;nbsp; IPv4&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;APN roaming protocol:&amp;nbsp; IPv4&amp;nbsp; MVNO type GID&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;MVNO value:4D4F&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any help would be greatly appreciated,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Jacques&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Try removing "dun" from the APN Type config, leave it to "&lt;SPAN&gt;default, mms,supl,fota,hiprl".&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
