      <description>&lt;P&gt;1. One charge could be 'pending' and it will go away after few days from your card account.&lt;BR /&gt;2. Did you change plans by any chance after signing up?&lt;BR /&gt;3. What your PM account says - what was the charge? Look at payment history.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

One may be just in pending state which confuses people most times.
