How do I change esim from one phone to another? I am not able to send message to customer service. @CS_Agent

At the present time, you will need to purchase a new eSIM on the new phone via the PM app.

You cannot transfer an eSIM from one device to another. They are one time use so you have to purchase another one on the new device you intend to use it on. You can do this by downloading the app on your intended new device, go to the subscription and add-on’s tab, and then scroll down to “Shop SIM Card Now”.

This is the biggest downside with eSIM.

just purchase a physical sim. there is literally no logic in having an esim. stop following the masses
