You have 90 minutes to reply or porting will be cancelled.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Your old SIM should still work if porting wasn’t completed.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you missed this most important critical step then you need to contact a CS_Agent to restart the porting for you so keep the old SIM in your phone.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Private message at:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437" target="_self"&gt;https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you did reply then reboot your phone by powering off then back on.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
