This is a public forum and there are no PM staff on this forum so remove all your personal and SIM information or it will be stolen. Click on reverse V in circle and edit.

PM is an online service so you need to login to your account and disable Subscribe/AutoPay to stop payment and it will be cancelled in 90 days for nonpayment.

Go to chatbot and type 'agent'.

Follow prompts, try to create a ticker or contact agent (read what chatbot tells you how to do it). VERY SIMPLE!

Opening ticketing using Chatbot has been having issue lately, you might get an error message at the step to enter the ticket
