Im trying to change my payment cycle because I want my new plan now instead of on the renewal date a week from now. How can I do this, since a week ago I already set it so that the new plan takes effect on my normal renewal date.

If so, just cancel the scheduled plan change and then do a plan change immediately. If you're trying to early renew the same plan because you're out of data, you need to send a message to @CS_Agent to ask them to do it for you.

An automated batch process will take care of the change at next renewal. I have my doubts front line agents have access to an expired plan. I could be wrong though.

Billing cycle is 30 days. If you manage to change billing cycle (which might cost you!) eventually your desired billing date will change over time.
