topic eSIM issues in Get Support

I’m running an eSIM and a pSIM in my new iPhone. Set the eSIM up with my main number (public) and kept an old number with Telus on the pSim.
Identified the eSIM as my Primary number and the pSim as secondary but it’s not working that way. Only installed the eSIM 36 hours ago. Does it take a while to become fully functional?
wondering why this is an issue? I have to physically turn off the pSim or it automatically uses that number (which has very limited plan and no data).
any ideas? Thank you!

hi @Jemma1967 does it work if it temporary disable the pSim? does the eSIM connect? Not sure if the eSIM was properly setup at all

if that shows not connect, please submit ticket with CS agent

https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437

It was set up fine. If I disable the psim the eSIM works fine.
