    <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks for your reply&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/314309"&gt;@JRod&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;but actually my problem is not about login.&amp;nbsp; I am able to login. my issue is about the activation of the sim card after the payment of my plan, in order to activate my sim card i should receive a 6 digits code. Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/335770"&gt;@Leochanms&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Login to your account, when asked for the two factor code click the option that says “Didn’t receive code” it looks like this:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="IMG_4453.png" style="width: 400px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/96106i5A152F2C6FD7A78B/image-size/medium?v=v2&amp;amp;px=400" role="button" title="IMG_4453.png" alt="IMG_4453.png" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This will open up a menu that will allow you to receive the code via email. That menu looks like this:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="IMG_4454.png" style="width: 400px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/96107iE0942C1D47DDD3D5/image-size/medium?v=v2&amp;amp;px=400" role="button" title="IMG_4454.png" alt="IMG_4454.png" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Once on your account go to the profile tab, scroll down and under “My phone number” you’ll see your current SIM number and a pencil icon beside it, click the pencil and then type in that new number.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This link will also take you right to where you go to change your SIM card number:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&lt;A href="https://myaccount.publicmobile.ca/en/account/profile/change-sim-number" target="_blank"&gt;https://myaccount.publicmobile.ca/en/account/profile/change-sim-number&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
